ITALIAN + FUN for children from 7 to 10 years
Summer City Camp – is a full immersion in the Italian language both during morning lessons and afternoon activities to get to know Turin and Italian life! Italian is learnt not only by studying in the classroom, but also by playing! Day after day, young students will see their listening comprehension and communication skills improve in everyday situations. A team of professionally trained mother-tongue teachers and experienced activity leaders will take care of their well-being by supervising them during their morning classes, lunchtime and afternoon activities.
ITALIAN + FUN for teens from 11 to 15 years
Summer City Camp – is a full immersion in the Italian language both during morning lessons and afternoon activities to get to know Turin and Italian life! Day after day, young students will improve their language skills, such as listening comprehension and communication skills and their ability to manage everyday
situations in Italian. A team of professionally trained mother-tongue teachers and experienced activity leaders will take care of their well-being by supervising them during their morning classes, lunchtime, and afternoon activities.

L’Italiano Porticando, Scuola di lingua e cultura italiana per stranieri, da 20 anni nel centro di Torino. La scuola ospita durante tutto l’anno studenti provenienti da tutto il mondo che scelgono Torino per la loro vacanza studio. La scuola si distingue per la sua filosofia di insegnamento che mette al centro lo studente, le sue esigenze, le sue difficoltà. Da sempre la scuola crea i propri materiali didattici per ogni livello di apprendimento.
Dal 2016 la scuola organizza ogni anno dei Summer City Camp di 1 settimana dedicati a bambini e ragazzi e la Junior Summer School di 2 settimana dedidata a giovani adulti. Sia nei Summer City Camp che nella Junior Summer School i ragazzi vengono raggruppati in piccoli gruppi, il che permette agli insegnanti e animatori di conoscere personalmente ogni singolo bambino/ragazzo dedicando loro tutte le attenzioni necessarie.
L’Italiano Porticando, Italian language and culture school for foreigners, is located in the centre of Turin since 2005. Throughout the year, the school hosts students from all over the world who choose Turin for their study holiday. The school stands out for its teaching philosophy that puts the student, his needs and difficulties at the centre. The school has always created its own teaching materials for every level.
Since 2016, the school organises every year 1-week Summer City Camps dedicated to children and teenagers and a 2-week Junior Summer School dedicated to young adults. In both the Summer City Camps and the Junior Summer School the students are grouped in small groups, according to their level of knowledge of the language, which allows the teachers and team leaders to get to know each child/young person personally and give them all the attention they need.
